Poster exhibition is available for all attendees. Presenting a poster provides you with the opportunity to engage with other attendees, share your research, and start conversations that may lead to future collaborations.  Your poster will enable you to discuss specific aspects of your work.


For best results, please prepare your poster to fit within the A0 portrait format. Posters from previous meetings or conferences will be accepted. Mounting supplies are provided by the site.

Submitting a Poster Abstract

If you wish to present a poster, you must submit a poster abstract by the 28th of February 2019 to along with details of your affiliations (Name of applicant, Department, University). Please note that the title of your abstract should not exceed 200 characters and the text of the abstract must not exceed 200 words.

All selected applicants will be notified by 10th March 2019.

Poster Schedule

The poster session schedule, which is developed by the organising team will be emailed to all applicants the week prior to the meeting.

Poster prize

Poster will be judged during the lunch break on the 1st of April and a poster prize will be handed over during the closing remarks.
